Return & Exchange Policy

Please contact us via our contact page to request a refund or exchange. Once we have your request we'll send the specific returns address and instructions on how to send the item back. Do not ship your item back to us unless you have been given the correct address, as it differs from our dispatch warehouse from which we post all our orders. 

Orders can be returned or exchanged for any reason within 28 days from the date the order was placed. After this time unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items bought as part of a promo / sale cannot be returned. 

Please retain your proof of postage in a safe place, if you cannot provide proof of postage or a receipt for your refund or exchange then it may be denied. 

Returned items must be in the same condition, unworn, unwashed, folded with any tags or branding still attached and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to deny a return if not received in its original condition.

REFUNDS: Once your item is received back a full refund will be processed. The money will be sent back to your original payment method. Please note that it might take up to 7 working days for a refund to show up on bank statements.

EXCHANGES: Once we have received your original item back we will contact you to confirm the exchange and get this sent out to you.

We do not cover return shipping costs. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure your return reaches us, items that are not received will not be refunded so we recommend using tracked or insured service to avoid disappointment.
